A nice hotel in an absolutely perfect setting with a good choice of little extras.

We stayed in the caravan with shower and really enjoyed it.

The hotel was nice and exceptionally friendly and I enjoyed the streets of Stoke-on-Trent. The staff was affable, my every need was addressed. The property had indeed a magnificent and absolutely perfect location in to pub. It was also just next door to bouncy castle, Very close to Alton Towers, :- and the theme park. Overall the service was very good! Besides, I was able to park on-site.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very amiable. The location of the venue is peaceful and ideal, near Alton Towers and Splash Landings Waterpark, really close to theme park and attraction.

I took an a nice size and well furnished room with a working TV, bar, for example. Location: the hotel was just next door to the pub on the Friday night, Splash Landings Waterpark, and the Alton Towers Resort.

Fantastic decor and the whole hotel was great. The location was ideal, short walk to alton towers on time, the pub due to being at Alton Towers all day, and the restaurant. Moreover, it was 4 km from Cotton College. The food was delightful, and the room was great value for money.

had a relaxing spa holiday in stoke-on-trent and cross inn exceeded my expectations! ideal location for alton towers, friendly staff, and enjoyed playing pool and darts in the bar.

Really good building and spotless and functional rooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of reasonably priced food at breakfast time.

Fairly clean, family-run hotel, I enjoyed nicely furnished and brand-new rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. Continental breakfast, the food was great. The location was unbeatable for exploring this very local area, close to Alton Tower park, the Alton Towers Resort and establishment. Plus, it was 5 minutes by car to Cotton College. It made my trip to Stoke-on-Trent a very very good experience.

The staff was polite and the place was clean. The total experience was GREAT, I recommend.

The total stay was excellent with a good night. The location was marvellous and lovely near to Alton towers and met required needs. And it was also just next door to water parks, entering the pub to check in and local shops.

Convenient location with easy access to a nearby theme park. The check-in process is a breeze as it's right next to the pub. The food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. 🍽️

Everything is clean and really good. Nicely furnished rooms with comfortable beds with delightful views. Fantastic friendly staff and stunning location on entering the pub to check in! And adjacent to Alton Towers and Splash Landings Waterpark, nearest shops, and really close to theme park. A nice hotel, my first choice in Stoke-on-Trent.

Perfect little, modern rooms and lovely bathrooms. Location near to which cost extra, the cross inn the pub, and attraction. Free parking on-site provided.
